Returns
Our return policy for Cedar Planters is active for 14 days following delivery:
- Damaged or Defective Items: We can send a replacement, issue a store credit, or process a full refund for you right away.
- Standard Returns (Changed Mind): The item must be shipped back to our facility in Canada. You will be responsible for the international shipping costs. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
If you would like us to generate the return shipping label for you, please let us know! Just note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Specifications
- Each pad measures 2.25" x 2.25" x ½". Internal diameter matches standard 1" steel legs. Weight per pad: about 0.2 oz. Material thickness ensures load-bearing up to 50 lb per leg.
Measurements
- Designed for 1" square/round steel legs. If your planter’s legs are significantly larger or smaller, measure carefully—these pads are snug. The pads add just ½" height, so planters sit slightly elevated from decking or soil.
Product Care
- Wipe clean with mild soap and water. Rinse, let air dry. No need for harsh cleaners—HDPE resists stains and disinfectants just fine. Avoid direct flame or extreme heat.
End of Life
- When you’re truly done with them, these pads are recyclable as hard #2 plastic (HDPE)—check your local recycling center. If recycling isn't available, they’re small enough to be reused in crafts, garage organization, or as spacers in sheds. Avoid landfill by getting creative!
