Returns
Our return policy for Cedar Planters is active for 14 days following delivery:
- Damaged or Defective Items: We can send a replacement, issue a store credit, or process a full refund for you right away.
- Standard Returns (Changed Mind): The item must be shipped back to our facility in Canada. You will be responsible for the international shipping costs. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
If you would like us to generate the return shipping label for you, please let us know! Just note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Product Care
- Cedar is low‑maintenance. Clean with a gentle brush and rinse annually. Avoid pressure washers. No sealants are necessary—but a food‑safe mineral oil can be applied if you wish to restore the natural cedar scent and color. The liner can be removed and hosed down.
End of Life
- When the planter reaches the end of its long life, the cedar boards can be repurposed for compost bins, garden paths, or wildlife shelters—or taken to a wood‑recycling facility. The polyethylene liner is recyclable where facilities exist. Any remaining hardware can be separated and recycled with metal scrap.
