Returns
Our return policy for Cedar Planters is active for 14 days following delivery:
- Damaged or Defective Items: We can send a replacement, issue a store credit, or process a full refund for you right away.
- Standard Returns (Changed Mind): The item must be shipped back to our facility in Canada. You will be responsible for the international shipping costs. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
If you would like us to generate the return shipping label for you, please let us know! Just note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Specifications
- Available in one universal size tailored for 24″ tall planter boxes (30″ tall version to fit raised gardens available separately). Fabric thickness is approximately 0.45 mm (300D), with overall assembled weight around 1.2 lbs (550 g). Color: forest green.
Measurements
- Designed to fit planter boxes measuring 24″ tall × up to 48″ long × up to 24″ deep. Toggle-adjustable bottom flange accommodates widths from 20″ to 30″. If your box is 30″ tall, grab the raised garden cover to ensure complete coverage.
Product Care
- Simply hose off any dirt and let it air dry before storage. For stubborn residue, wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap. Store it loosely rolled or folded in a dry, cool spot to maintain fabric integrity season to season.
End of Life
- When its gardening days come to an end, the PE-coated Oxford fabric can be repurposed—think ground tarp, seasonal picnic cover, or workshop drop cloth. Once worn out, you can recycle the fabric through many local textile recycling programs. If that’s not available, the PE coating and Oxford base both are industrially recyclable—just check your local facility’s guidelines.
