Returns
Our return policy for Cedar Planters is active for 14 days following delivery:
- Damaged or Defective Items: We can send a replacement, issue a store credit, or process a full refund for you right away.
- Standard Returns (Changed Mind): The item must be shipped back to our facility in Canada. You will be responsible for the international shipping costs. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
If you would like us to generate the return shipping label for you, please let us know! Just note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund amount.

- Weighing just over 1 lb (dry), the bag holds roughly 30 lbs of mixed soil, depending on blend and moisture. It’s roomy enough for 2–3 medium-sized tomato plants, 6–8 onion bulbs, or a full harvest of root veggies. If you want taller crops, stack two bags or go for deeper cultivation methods.
Product Care
- To clean, rinse with water and mild, biodegradable soap. Avoid bleach or harsh cleaners. Let air dry in shade or soft sun. Store flat or gently rolled once completely dry.
End of Life
- When it's past its prime (typically 5–7 seasons), remove all soil, clip off any velcro or tags, and either: Recycle via polypropylene collection points, or Compost the natural kraft sleeve & paper labels, then dispose of the bag according to local fabric-recycling guidelines.
