Returns
Our return policy for Cedar Planters is active for 14 days following delivery:
- Damaged or Defective Items: We can send a replacement, issue a store credit, or process a full refund for you right away.
- Standard Returns (Changed Mind): The item must be shipped back to our facility in Canada. You will be responsible for the international shipping costs. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
If you would like us to generate the return shipping label for you, please let us know! Just note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Measurements

Product Care
- If desired, apply a natural UV‑protective oil every 1–2 years following label instructions. Scrub gently with mild soap and water to remove debris. Avoid power washing to preserve wood integrity. Repair loose screws seasonally. For winter storms, drain excess water and ensure proper drainage.
End of Life
- When the bed reaches end‑of‑life, the cedar is 100 % biodegradable—no landfill necessary. Disassemble and chip or burn untreated cedar. The stainless hardware can be recycled with scrap metal, and the liner is compostable (if it meets home‑compostable guidelines) or recyclable if marked accordingly.
