Yes! You can add additional products to your upcoming order even if you’re not subscribed to them.
Yep, you’ll get an email reminder 3 days before your card is charged and when your payment is processed.
Log into your account, click Orders & Subscriptions, then click Manage Subscriptions to modify or delay your subscription.
We’ve chosen timeframes that are most likely to work well for our products, but we’re always open to recommendations if you believe there should be different options!
No, coupon codes cannot apply to subscription orders. But don’t worry – your discount is probably better!
Yes, you get double points on each upcoming order for the duration of your subscription, no matter the cadence of your orders.
If your order is under the free shipping threshold, you’ll need to choose a method of shipping at checkout and your subscriptions will use that same shipping method in the future as part of your order. If your subscription is above the free shipping minimum, you’ll receive free shipping on future subscriptions as well!
