Returns
Our return policy for Cedar Planters is active for 14 days following delivery:
- Damaged or Defective Items: We can send a replacement, issue a store credit, or process a full refund for you right away.
- Standard Returns (Changed Mind): The item must be shipped back to our facility in Canada. You will be responsible for the international shipping costs. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
If you would like us to generate the return shipping label for you, please let us know! Just note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Specifications
- Sized for Cedar Planters: approximately 24″ in height, adaptable width to fit planter boxes up to 48″ wide. The polyethylene cover is ~3.5 mil thick for tear resistance. Total product weight is about 8 lbs. Frame diameter = ¾″ tubing.
Measurements
- Ideal height is 24″. For best fit, your Cedar Planter should be no wider than 48″ and no deeper than 24″. The frame provides just enough clearance for plants up to ~18″ tall. When checking out, measure your planter’s interior to ensure a snug fit; most standard raised beds are a perfect match.
Product Care
- Clean the polyethylene cover with mild soap and water—no bleach or abrasive cleaners. Wipe dry and store flat indoors over winter. The metal frame can be wiped with a damp cloth. If storing outdoors, remove the cover during heavy snowfall to prevent damage.
End of Life
- When it’s reached the end of its garden life, separate components for proper recycling: steel frame goes to metal recycling, polyethylene cover accepted in many soft‑plastic drop‑off bins, and nylon netting along with plastic clips are recyclable in mixed #7 plastics where accepted. Box and inserts are curbside recyclable.
