The perfect alternative to plastic dish sponges and plastic bath loofahs. Use our zero waste, sustainably sourced loofah sponge (made from a plant!) to wash dishes, naturally exfoliate your skin, clean sinks, tubs, and so much more! Once wet, they naturally expand making the perfect sponge and scrubber!

Loofah sponges are soft enough where they will not scratch your pots, pans, or dishes, but have enough scrubbing power to get all the grime and grease off!

Inludes: Single or in a pack of 6. There may be some black seeds/residue left inside of the loofah. They will fall out naturally over time.

Lathers better than I thought!

I don't know why I haven't thought of having a true loofah before. This loofah lathers better than I thought! It seems to be a bit rough on my skin though, so I will probably be using it more for cleaning purposes.

Soft but scrubby

This loofah is exactly what you want to scrub with if you love the huge old school loofahs, after about a month. Its soft and worn in like. Perfect.

Great sustainable sponge

I love that these are compostable and durable. I ordered them for a bathroom sponge, though, and they are rough on the skin. Will I continue to use it? Probably, because I don't want to waste it. They'd be great for a kitchen sponge, but I think I'll keep looking for a sustainable loofah replacement.

Staple for kitchen

I've been using this for washing dishes for a few years, as this is what my grandmother traditionally used in Asia where we have an abundance of it, before it got all viral in the West and now cost ten times as much to get one. It's soft and does not damage dishes, sucks up soap well. With this and the dish block, rubbing up soap once lasts for many dishes.
