Works great. More efficient for filling. Top is plastic I expected metal, still like product

I love this, it’s super cute and so very practical! It did come a little dusty, but it was an easy clean and looks great. I will say though, I wish that they made a version with a metal pump. As well, if you have a mason jar you can totally just buy a pump off of the website and it should be cheaper! Good product though.

As other reviews have mentioned, these worked great until the two that we have both suddenly stopped pumping (at the same time, so just after a certain amount of use it seems). I've tried running water through them, no dice.

Great looking item, unfortunately stopped working after one month of use. Does not pump or foam correctly. Will no longer dispense any more soap. I bought this hoping to cut down on plastic waste from hand soap bottles, but it ultimately it did not hold up and was not worth the purchase price.

Apparently, I am not the only one with these issues. It becomes progressively more difficult to pop back up after depressing it. Super annoying. I also don't like the plastic. So, I have ordered one from another company after reviewing the failed resolutions in the reviews.

I love the Mason Jar Soap Dispenser! It looks stylish by my sink and makes it easy to create my own hand soap while cutting down on single-use plastic. A fantastic buy!

Works exactly as described plus has a vintage feel to it. Guests ask where I found the dispenser and it’s a good conversation starter about sustainable living.

They work perfectly, if there was an option to buy just the pumps I totally missed it because I bought them hoping to make use of the excessive mason jars I had at home but whateva ive got 5 more jars now 🤷🏻‍♀️

Pump became hard to push after about a year. After running hot water through it, it actually got worse. I plan to try the other 3-star review suggested fix.

Attractive container works well in the kitchen. Easy to mix up and use.

This is a great foaming soap dispenser. I have them in my bathrooms and kitchen. It’s never clogged and I’ve never had any problems with it.

Hopefully maybe this company has reconfigured the pump? Flushed with warm water, flushed with Hot water but to no avail.(it stops foaming soap & got super tough(my shoulder hurts ;))
I am on the site looking for replacement pump because jar set up is just too cute to give up on.+ not so zero waste if I did.hehe

It took a couple days for the pump to work right. Sometimes it wouldn’t pump and at other times when it was pumping it wouldn’t foam up and would leak out of the sides of the pump. After a few days the initial issues resolved and it’s been working as it should

I love this little dispenser. I had a jar and just needed the lid. So far it has worked great and is so cute in my bathroom!

I like this dispenser and dissolvable soap! I used boiling water to speed up the dissolving process and give it a shake every couple of days, as it collects on the bottom.

This is the best soap dispenser! It works perfectly with my Blueland foaming hand soap tabs. It's so pretty, it stays clean easily, and it created amazing foaming soap. I'm so excited to never have to buy a new soap dispenser again!!

We used to “make” our own foaming soap dispensers with pumps from commercial soap and our own jar lids, but they eventually got rusty or unusable and only lived a year or so. These are all one unit, the plastic won’t rust, and will allow me to replace the pump if needed down the road (those, I have found, also have a shorter lifespan). We shall see how these go!

I recently had two of my working pumps go down to only one total out of 3 pumps working. I've onky had them for a couple weeks. Good idea, poor execution. Buying plastic parts that have to be replaced isnt stopping a lot of waste.

Stuck it on top of an old tomato sauce jar and it works great!

The dispenser itself is great. I like how big it is and the design. Unfortunately the pump started getting stuck and not producing foam after a few months of use before becoming completely unusable. ZWS sent me a new one and it stopped working after a few weeks. Luckily if you encounter the same issue, I found a solution. I bought a 365 brand foaming hand soap from Whole Foods, used up the soap and took off the pump and used that with the soap dispenser and so far it fit perfectly and is working well. Hopefully I just received a couple of lemons because I really do love this soap dispenser!

wonderful concept and good idea to reduce our carbon foot print. My only issue was when I shook the jar to make sure the tablet was completely desolved, some liquid leaked out. I believe a gasket of some kind be added to eliminate leakage.
