Product Care
- This countertop compost bin is designed for indoor use only. Using it outdoors may shorten its lifespan. You can easily clean both the bin and filter with warm soapy water, but do not use hot or boiling water. Please avoid placing the bin in the dishwasher. Additionally, we recommend not putting hot food directly into the bin, as the heat and condensation can have a negative impact on its longevity. Make sure to fully air dry both the filter and bin before reassembling.

This is the best compost bin we have used! We’ve tried ceramic and bamboo before, and this is the easiest to clean. It is very lightweight and high-capacity so that I don’t have to walk to the compost bin as often. The lid filter is an added perk to reduce smells! Highly recommend.
This bin is only for the waste I produce so it’s the perfect size for me to keep in my fridge (not necessary, but I do) and bring it to my local compost facility once per week. Very happy to have it along with the compostable liners!!

Was so excited to receive this to start getting in the habit. It’s fits on my counter nicely. It’s super of difficult to open though. If you already have your hands full with whatever you’ll have to put it down or shake off the lid and risk a mess. Mines also moldy inside and there’s bug and I’ve only used it a week… I didn’t think it would happen so quickly with just a few scraps in there. Like I said maybe I need to learn more…

Lid is very secure keeping smells in and pests out
I’ve had this for about a month now and so far so good. I tend to get gnats around my house plants and they are not gathering around it so the carbon filter appears to be working well!
I’m giving 4 stars because I think this bin was far too expensive and the carbon filter replacements always seem to be out of stock.
It was well-made and arrived on time. I actually gifted it to a neighbor for Christmas! They were very happy with the quality of the product and were looking forward to using it every day! Five stars!!
