Soothe Conditioner Bar

I’m really enjoying my conditioner bar! The look, smell, and feel of the bar is very pleasant. I had some difficulty getting it to lather the first couple of times I used it, but it did become once I got used to it, and I can get it to leather very quickly now. Without much effort. The packaging was perfect, absolutely no plastic. The hi-bar website also has these really cute holders if you prefer not to set the soap directly on your shower wall or floor. They also have really great welcome discounts on their website. Thank you so much love this bar. It’s the perfect conditioner and the only one I’ll be using from now on!! many thanks.

Honestly the smell isn’t that great if I’m being honest. This specific one smells cheap. But I have noticed that it serves its function really well in helping your scalp. It’s a very great soap bar if you ignore the smell. Then again it doesn’t have artificial smells so that explains the smell but I’ll always take that over anything else.

I tend to have a drier scalp and I’m excited to try the soothe version. We love the first bar we tried!

I'm a man who has been balding for a long time but still gets dandruff. This shampoo really works at keeping my scalp hydrated so that I don't have that problem and for what hair is there it always feels clean and soft afterwards.

I've been trying all the HiBar shampoos to find the perfect one. I sometimes get a little itchy, flaky scalp if I go an extra day between washes. I figured this would be the perfect bar to fix that, but it made it so much worse! I'm not sure if my scalp just didn't react well to an ingredient in here, but I had flaky scalp constantly while using this bar. It started up a couple of weeks after using this one consistently. Once it was used up and I switched to the Maintain HiBar, it went away entirely! Hopefully this isn't the case for many others, but it just did not work for me.

I sometimes get an itchy, flaky scalp if I go an extra day without washing and was hoping this shampoo bar would help. Unfortunately, I think my scalp was itchier! I love this brand and have tried almost all the shampoo bars. This one was not a winner. It lathers up nicely and smells great, but just didn't work for the purpose I needed.

This is my first bar shampoo and conditioner and I must say I really do like these! At first, the conditioner, it felt as if it was just coating my hair, I don’t know how to describe it. It didn’t feel like how my hair would feel using bottle conditioner. But my hair is still soft and it feels clean. I was just trying this brand out first and was gonna try some other one when this finished but honestly I don’t think I’ll switch!

I got this once my old liquid shampoo was gone and I’ve been so happy and impressed with it. I’ve been jaded by a years ago attempt to use lush but this actually washed out and doesn’t leave a residue. My hair feels great and I would really recommend this product.

My hair is so soft. My scalp feels great. I was very doubtful the conditioner would work with my hair. It did. I’m so glad to have found a product I can feel good about- that also really works.

My hair and scalp feel silky smooth after using these, will totally buy again, although I suspect it will take a long time for me to go through these.

My Soothe shampoo and conditioner bars work very well. Shampoo lathers well after rubbing it on my hair. Container is a light touch but I haven’t experienced many tangles after running my fingers through my hair. Haven’t used these long term to know how long they last, but so far my scalp and hair seem to be doing well. I love the idea of no plastics. Bought the cedar soap dish for them to sit on in my shower.

Works great for dandruff or other dry, itchy scalp

I've used a few different brands of shampoos bars. The shape of this is super unique and I really appreciate that it's easy to hold and apply to my hair even as it shrinks with use.
My hair feels clean and soft from using this bar.

I LOVE this shampoo bar. I have had sensitive skin and itchy scalp for years before switching to Hibar. I don't anymore. My scalp is itch-free and my hair is so soft. I love the shape and how easy the bar is to hold and scrub against my scalp. It's like a mini massage! The scent is also perfect- noticeably pleasant, but not overpowering.

I always have colorful hair and a very dry scalp. This little buddy is the answer for me! Also it gives A LOT of suds which I don't seem to get from other bar shampoos

I honestly can't think of a better liquid shampoo and conditioner. It works absolutely fantastically. I figured, why not give it a try? Expected it to be passable at best, but both work great. No residue, no dry hair... properly clean. Very happy.

I have struggled with an inflamed scalp almost my entire life. And of the DOZENS of products I had tried over the decades, this (with the shampoo bar) is the only thing that has worked for longer than a year. On top of that, jt goes really well with my curly hair and brings out my curls unlike any other product.

I went through a number of iterations of bars before I found HiBar. The shape is so easy to hold, even when it gets pretty small, it's still easy to use. I have fashion color in my hair and these bars make my hair so soft, shiny and keep the colors well. I generally run out of shampoo bars first before the conditioner bars (my husband and I both use the same bars, so it could go faster than if one individual was using).

I love that it is eco friendly and that I am buying one less piece of plastic. It seems to work great on my hair and it is easy to hold.

I bought this because I have been trying to reduce my plastic usage, but really need a conditioner. To be clear I use a LOT of conditioner from root to ends because I have a severely damaged scalp that does not produce enough of its own natural oils anymore, to the point my scalp gets dry and painful.

I used a true soap-based natural liquid shampoo from Dr. Bronner and my hard water left my hair so hard to brush minerals reacting with soap) that I could not use it again. So I bought a Bestowed Essentials ACV Shampoo Bar from here on EH, and then this conditioner bar. Shampoo bar worked a lot better with my water, and this conditioner bar DID make it somewhat easier to brush my hair afterwards.

However, where it fell short for me is after a couple weeks of usage m hair was progressively getting weighted down to the point it looked like it was very unwashed. While I do use alot of LIQUID conditioners, the solid nature of bars had already reduced my usage as-is. I know I rinsed well too.

Not sure why but this just did not work for me personally. It may work well for someone else with another hair situation though, which is why I don's just rate it 1 star. Good brand, great concept and packaging, just did not work for me.
