Bamboo Charcoal Floss - Refillable Jar

The glass jar arrived broken. The glass had shattered and got everywhere in the package. When I contacted customer service, they said they would refund me. Then they ghosted me. They have not responded to my calls or emails for weeks. I'm so disappointed in both the products and service of this company.

I’ve used the floss multiple times now. It takes some getting used to after using plastic floss picks for years. It feels like flossing with thick thread but it seems to do the job well.

Tried this so I can stop using that plastic floss thats sold in stores. The floss I was using before was insanely thick and odd feeling but this one is a lot thinner and easy to manipulate. I love the tiny glass jar it came in I think its soso cute, but its also refillable which is a plus! I’ll definitely be buying this again

The packaging is adorable and looks great in my bathroom. I don’t have to use as much floss as I typically would with your usual plastic option. So it lasts way longer. I also enjoy the feeling of this floss so either it’s cleaning better or I’m cleaning longer with it. Either way, my teeth are happy

Works just as you’d expect. The floss does not get stuck between my teeth and I like the faint minty flavor. My only dislike is the perforation in the lid of the jar for cutting the floss doesnt stick up enough, making it difficult to cut the floss. I luckily had a floss jar from another company (their floss would get caught in my teeth and fray, hence why I tried ZWS instead) that has a better perforation so I swapped the jars. If I wasnt able to swap jars I would have given this 4 stars because it was quite annoying

I bought this because I liked the little glass container, and the idea of just refiling it when done. The huge plus is that the floss is actually great! It is really easy to replace in the little container too.

I am so happy not to be rubbing plastic (with all its toxins) all over my gums on a daily basis, and of course, no plastic waste from either the container or the floss itself. This floss works great, does not break or shred, and I put it in my compost. If you don't compost, it will biodegrade in the landfill. So it's great for us and great for the environment.

I tried SO many terrible compostable flosses before I found this product. It is super sturdy (doesn't shred at ALL while you're flossing) and is super lightweight and fine, unlike most other compostable flosses that feel like you're flossing with a piece of rope. I've ordered this a couple of times already, it's now my go-to dental floss.

I tried both the charcoal and silk floss. Both were great, but I think my husband and I liked the Charcoal one better. I love feeling like I am not going to ingest any plastic while taking care of my teeth. I will also be ordering some for my adult children to try.

This a great product, eco friendly and is way better than synthetic floss, the bamboo floss cleans teeth alot better

The reason i tried this charcoal floss in the first place was because it is not made of plastic. The floss is tough and a little but rough. It doesn't snag between my teeth and it does and excellent job scraping plaque. Great product.

It is very important to me that not only the product is sustainable but the packaging is too. This product hits all the marks! Too often organic or "natural" products and foods are packaged in plastics! What's the point of that? The refills even come in paper. And it's vegan!

I've tried other brands of zero waste floss and the silk floss from this site. Those had big fraying and breaking issues with my tight teeth. This bamboo floss is tough and I've had no fraying or breaking issues. It also fits the tight spaces. I will not be trying any other floss types in the future as long as this product remains available.

I've used a few different types of natural floss - plus regular nylon floss - and this easily is better than other natural (namely silk) flosses I've used. I don't think it's ever torn on me or shredded between my teeth like would occasionally happen with silk. Just as good, if not better, than nylon floss practically speaking - and then overall speaking, this is as good as it gets - no plastic waste and no sacrifice of quality or effectiveness.

I love the dental floss, first ever I have loved and it was charcoal but then learned after purchasing it, it’s not made in the USA. Was very disappointed. It seems they don’t advertise that anymore unless it’s made in the USA then they proudly add it. Unfortunately this will be the last time I purchase from them.

Just as good as normal floss, but WAY better for the environment

This floss is better in every way than the one I’ve been using. It’s easy to use, smooth and not a struggle to use. And, made from bamboo makes it all the easier to use.

I recently tried the bamboo charcoal floss for the first time, and I've already ordered a refill to have on hand. I was using Glide plastic floss and wanted to reduce plastic in and around me, this floss is a good choice.
