The average person uses 415 disposable cotton swabs every year! Traditional cotton swabs, buds,Β and q-tips are made from plastic and contribute to deforestation, harming our environment and wildlife.

Our cotton swabs are made from bamboo, one of the fastest growing plants on the planet, and are a more sustainable option!

Each pack comes with 200 bamboo cotton buds

Study and does what you expect

Maybe a little suffer more stiff than the leading brand, but works as well and is not flimsy

Second Order

I love that my home is able to incorporate every day low waste items thanks to Zero Waste Store. These Bamboo Cotton Buds work well. Will definitely reorder

Good grip

These have a way better grip than the plastic ones and a good tip that stays in place (cotton doesn’t come off or get unfurled). Some of the stems are a little angular for extra grip and less smooth, which isn’t a bad thing. These last pretty long even with regular use, we distribute one pack between our three bathrooms and it lasts a few months.

These are not padded enough with cotton, hence don't absorb well.

I actually like these bamboo buds better than Q-tips

I was curious about these cotton buds on a stick so I gave them a try. They work great for me so far. I dip the buds in alcohol to help dry out the water that gets trapped in my ears after showering per my ENT recommendation. Grew up with numerous ear infections because of the canal shape inside my ears. No I do not stick them in far at all. Just enough to let the alcohol help dry them some. Haven't had an ear infection since I was 22 and I'm 51 now. I tried them out for makeup application, put ointment on a cut, cleaned little tight crevices of my Keurig, and many other tasks I was able to use them for. Really like that these don't leave lint or little balls of cotton behind like the Q-tips do. That's always been a big problem for me with those. Another thing I noticed is that the Bamboo Buds don't give way to bending when wet. When I'm done with the Bamboo Buds I toss them into my Bamboozle kitchen compost pail. These travel so much better than the other too. The kraft paper container is super sturdy and when the buds are all gone I can reuse the container to store something in it, make a craft with it, wrap a small gift in it, recycle it, compost it, or put some dirt in it, a seed, and start growing a flower or something. Got them on subscription so I can get them at a nice discount whenever I need them.
