- Each Twin Pack includes two cups (1 Original, 1 Soft) in your choice of sizes: Small (25mL capacity, best for light to normal flow) or Regular (30mL capacity, ideal for moderate to heavy flow). Cups measure approximately 1.56" in diameter and 2" in length for the Small, and 1.75" in diameter and 2.2" in length for the Regular. Both styles are lightweight and designed to fold easily for smooth insertion.
Measurements
- Choose Small if you’re new to cups, have a lighter flow, or have a lower cervix. Choose Regular if you’ve given birth vaginally, have a heavier flow, or have a higher cervix. Product Care
- To clean your Saalt Cups, simply rinse and wash with mild, fragrance-free soap between uses. After each cycle, boil your cup for 4–5 minutes to sterilize. Store in a breathable cotton bag (included) to keep it fresh and dry between cycles. Avoid harsh cleaners, antibacterial soaps, or storing in airtight containers.
End of Life
- Saalt Cups are built to last up to 10 years with proper care. When it’s finally time to retire your cup, contact Saalt’s customer care for end-of-life recommendations. Some silicone recycling programs may accept it, or it can be repurposed for craft or non-personal use.
