Returns
- Due to the intimate nature of the product, returns are not accepted for opened packages. However, if your item arrives damaged or you experience any issue with your order, reach out within 30 days and Saalt will make it right.
Specifications
- Includes 1 Small Cup (capacity: 25 mL) and 1 Regular Cup (capacity: 30 mL). The fabric thickness of the cups is ultra-thin yet durable medical-grade silicone. Cups are designed to be worn for up to 12 hours.
Measurements
- Small Cup: Diameter – 41 mm; Length – 70 mm Regular Cup: Diameter – 46 mm; Length – 70 mm Fit Guidance: Small is ideal for light to normal flow or those with a low cervix. Regular is suited for those with a normal to heavy flow or higher cervix.
Product Care
- Before first use and between cycles, boil your cup in water for 4–5 minutes. During your cycle, rinse with mild, unscented soap and water after each use. Avoid antibacterial soaps or harsh cleansers that could irritate or damage the silicone.
End of Life
- While designed to last up to 10 years, Saalt cups should eventually be replaced if damaged or discolored. At the end of its life, check local silicone recycling options or mail it back through a specialty recycling program like TerraCycle. Cotton bags can be composted or repurposed.
