Product Care
- Wash before first use and between each use with mild, fragrance-free soap and warm water. At the end of each cycle, sanitize your cup by boiling it for 4–5 minutes. Store in the breathable cotton bag provided—never in an airtight container.
End of Life
- When your Saalt Cup reaches the end of its life (typically after 10 years of use), it should be disposed of with general household waste. Although silicone is not biodegradable, it is inert and non-toxic in landfill. Alternatively, some silicone recycling programs may accept menstrual cups—check your local resources.
