Organic Shaving Soap

It’s a great idea and I’m sure it works for most. I just prefer shaving cream

I really enjoy using this shaving soap bar. It smells great and isn't overpowering. I have slightly sensitive skin but had no issues during or after using this bar. Worth giving a try if you're trying to make healthier swaps and to get away from aerosol cans and bad ingredients.

I love this bar! At first I was concerned about the cost but after having used it I realized it's going to last forever. I leave it on a soap holder and gently swipe my hand over it because a little goes a long way.

I’m cheap and I use an old razor blade as long as I can. When I got the Organic Shaving Soap Bar, I had to check to make sure I was using the correct razor.

My wife switched from Skintimate shaving cream to this bar and she has no complaints! Good lather and very hydrating.

My spouse says this is the best shaving soap he’s used - he loves the lather and how it makes the razor glide over his skin. The smell is wonderful too!

Soft and lasts a long time!

Used the shampoo and conditioner bar and was pleasantly surprised by the smell, lather and conditioning it provided. My curly hair looked great when I allowed it to air dry. Easy to travel with too!

Great soap for shaving and safer for environment. No more canned shave products for me.

Pros: portable, handy, lasts years (possibly), good price, serves its purpose

Cons: non-unisex scent/no available scents for women (smells like pine, which is a traditional scent for men), wish it had a rubber/durable storage container

It's a more creamy than sudsy lather. Keeps skin nice and slick but rinses more easily than the leaf shave bar that I found annoying when trying to grip the razor after applying shave soap.

I bought this for my husband as I'm trying to find things I can replace easily in my house with better-for-the-planet items. This is a winner! He says it works just as well as traditional shaving cream. It's so easy to travel with too since it's a bar. Leaves his skin nice and soft and doesn't dry it out.

I use this as a body shaving soap, and it lathers super well. Gets the job done.

As other reviews say, this soap lathers very well (especially with the brush) and worked well when shaving legs.

I got this for a couple reasons: 1. cheap (-er than the other options here) shaving help to avoid razor burn, 2. it said it helped prevent clogged pores and ingrown hairs so I thought, could it work on acne?
It's great! smells nice, and my skin's cleared up really well since I started using it to wash my face and shave. Totally recommend!

Manly smell, was using as women to shave legs. It works well though.

I'm new to safety razors and this is the first shaving soap I've tried. Keep in mind I'm new to this so I could just have no idea how to use the product correctly! I use it on my neck and scalp and a little on my cheeks (facial üòâ). I find it lathers nicely but needs to be reapplied frequently. If you only apply a little, then shave a little, it works great. If you try to lather your entire scalp, it'll end up too thin and flat by the time you get to most of it. I find the scent pleasant and unobtrusive. I'm satisfied with the purchase and, if I don't come across a better plastic-free alternative, I'll happily buy this again.

This product has an overwhelming smell and it's not a very nice one, in my opinion. It is a very strong citrusy scent, reminiscent of bug juice.
It seems to suds and work well and I think it will last a while making it good value, but I'm not sure I would buy again based on the scent.
Please consider making a lighter or non-scented option of this product!

Feels like lotion and doesn't clog razor.

Works well enough but does not stay slippery enough and is too soap like. On the plus side it is thin enough that it doesn't clog my safety razor.

This is the first solid shave soap I've used. It lathers up easily, and I get a close, smooth shave.

This works really well, better than most other shave soaps I've tried, and it takes very little to create lather so it will last a long time. It doesn't clog my razor and provides a nice clean shave with no irritation.

I love this shave soap! It goes under the arms, on the legs and even between the legs (outside only!) and provides a silky surface for my razor to glide over. Highly recommend.

This soap smells absolutely amazing, AND it made shaving so smooth. I only got one tiny cut on my leg opposed to the 3-4 I would normally get.

I bought this for my partner who hates shavings is face, yet hates having facial hair. I knew he would like shaving more if he had a product that protected his skin better. Sixth months later, he's shaving more often than he did before without having to worry so much about his sensitive skin.
