Paraben Free
Parabens are synthetic chemical preservatives, commonly used in beauty products like shampoo, lotion, and deodorants. Parabens can accumulate in your body, and have been linked to hormonal disruption and reproductive problems. In studies of breast cancer patients, parabens have been found in the tissue of cancerous tumors. If you want to avoid Parabens in your beauty products, keep an eye out for methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, and ethylparaben in the ingredients list.

Phthalate Free
Phthalates are found in toys, electronics, personal care products, plastic wraps, containers, and more. These petroleum based chemicals help soften plastics, and bind fragrances to perfumes, deodorants, creams, and other personal care products. Phthalates are are not chemically bound, meaning they can easily get released into the air, water, or your body, just by using the products as intended. Phthalates have been found to disrupt the endocrine system, which can cause reproductive damage, hormonal imbalances, infertility, mood changes, metabolism changes, and more.

Plastic Free
No petroleum-based plastics are used in this product or its packaging. Plastic can be difficult to properly recycle, may never biodegrade, and is known to leech toxic chemicals into our bodies and environment. Single-use plastics also require extracting and processing of finite resources, so seeking out biodegradable, infinitely recyclable, or durable products and packaging is recommended whenever possible.

Sulfate Free
Sulfates are synthetic chemical ingredients commonly used in beauty products and household cleaners, like shampoos and dish soaps. You can usually identify sulfates in an ingredients list by looking out for the most common types: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLC) and Sodium Laureth Sulfates (SLES). These chemicals, often derived from petroleum, are used to help form the “lather” we’re used to seeing in our beauty and cleaning products. When used in the shower or sink, these chemicals can flow through the pipes and into our waterways. Synthetic sulfates have been linked to allergic reactions, eye and skin irritation, and hair loss, and some studies suggest they contain carcinogenic ingredients.

Customers praised this as an "ULTIMATE spot zapper" that works effectively on pimples. Most recommend it as a spot treatment rather than full-face mask, noting it can be "too drying" or harsh for all-over use. Shoppers report it "settles down" breakouts instantly and brings underlying pimples to surface. Some noted sensitivity concerns.

It’s My Secret Weapon

This is the ULTIMATE spot zapper. It’s a tad too drying for all over the face, but you put some of this on an achy zit and it settles down instantly!

Can’t stop won’t stop

Love this pimple mud! Right when I feel a pimple starting to form under my skin, I slap this stuff on my face and it brings the little bugger screaming to the surface. Makes the whole process cycle through much faster. Make sure to follow with moisturizer after so you don’t dry out!

Okay, yes, it smells like earth and grass. But hear me out! Pimples I didn't even know were forming under the skin were brought to the surface like clockwork. She is in fact that girl! I just wish they made bigger batches so it lasts longer, but other than that, we're locked in.

This is an amazing mask, and it smells great. A little bit is all you need, so this jar lasts a long time. Highly recommended!

Love Love Love

I love this product so much. It instantly draws out everything and gets rid of anything that you can see that is starting to form. Easy to use and is a quick drying mask. Just be careful to wash it all off because the green will stain your towels (but it comes off in the wash).

Does the Job for the Most Part

I bought this as a vegan, natural pimple spot treatment for my sensitive, hyper-reactive, combination skin. On smaller white heads, it works well by drying them out. On larger white heads, I didn't notice it working as well. I'll continue to use it because it does its job for the most part. Personally, I wouldn't use it as a full face mask because it is incredibly drying.

Was Suspicious At First…

I’d always been looking for a pimple patch like product that would actually work, and I now swear by this! I have oily skin, and so I was afraid this wouldn’t be nearly as effective as it was. I was SO wrong! I wouldn’t recommend this being a mask you wear all over as it is incredibly effective at drying out whatever pimple you put it on. But it’s a wonderful spot treatment- depending on the kind of acne you’re using it for, I’ve seen acne disappear almost immediately!

First time using a clay face mask

I like the product as it smells nice and applies well. I haven’t been able to tell whether it’s made much of a difference, but I will say my skin doesn’t feel super dry after which is nice.

Best I’ve ever Had

Life changing for me as an adult w acne. After just one use it had such an impact on my skin and it lasted for days! My skin had been looking off for weeks and it got rid of existing pimples but also it seemed like it prevented acne that week I swear I had so many Less breakouts and skin looked brighter just overall amazing. I’m using it for the second time today after last weeks great success. Buying more for myself and my sister.

LONG LASTING

I bought this a while ago (almost a year), and still haven't run out of it! I think my only hang up on giving this 5 stars is that the clay can dry in the jar a bit before I finish it... but that might be the fact that I don't use it as often as expected.

Amazing!

First I love this mud mask because it’s already ready to go. It saves time from mixing and making a mess like a lot of other masks 🙈 Second, this stuff actually works! I have combination skin where some of my skin is really oily and other parts are dry, so I’ve been using this as a spot treatment a couple times a week now and it’s doing wonders for my skin!

VERY EFFECTIVE

A little bit goes a VERY long way with this. I have dry combination skin, but I am prone to breakouts when the weather changes, or hormonal changes. I personally found this to be a little too harsh as an all-over mask, and you can really feel the product "pull" at your skin. I use this mostly on my more problematic areas, and at the first sign of a breakout.

It works wonderfully when I use this in smaller doses and where I need to. Even though it is a smaller jar, you definitely won't run out quickly. I'll continue buying this though! :)

Pure magic

Finally! A cruelty-free product that works! I use this at the first sign of a pimple, 2 to 3 times a day, and it shrinks it down to nothing. Easily the most effective product I have used to date!

Strong but effective!

I use this for spot treatment- it works like a charm! It pulls zits out and plumps up your skin. I've used it as a mask before, but found it's almost a little too strong for that. Definitely moisturize after applying!!

Strong but Good for Spot Treatment

I use this as a spot treatment and on my nose for blackheads/unclogging pores. I used it once as a mask and it did not agree with my skin when I used it all over. It started burning after a couple minutes and my skin was red and puffy for a few hours after - not sure if it was an allergic reaction or sensitive skin, but I've never had either of those issues with a skincare product before. Thankfully, it doesn't bother me when used as a spot treatment, but be careful if you've ever reacted badly to a product before!

Overall, it was a good

Overall, it was a good mask. The container will be very nice to repurpose when I use it all up. The mask is definitely strong so if you have really sensitive skin I would be cautious.

Healing!

I love this face mask. I have pretty bad hormonal acne, and I'll use this for a good, deep clean to pull impurities from my skin. I use it about once a week for a full face mask, or more frequently as a spot treatment. I've even left it on over night when I can feel especially large pimples rising under the surface. This has become a staple in my skin care and my quest to heal my acne.
