Loading the razor: Load all three blades for the closest shave possible. 

  • For sensitive skin or areas, load only one or two blades in the middle and/or top positions.
  • Open the blade holder by turning the screw counterclockwise.
  • Load one, two, or three blades depending on your preference.
  • Fasten the blade holder by turning the screw clockwise.

Shaving Levels: Load the top blade only for the mildest shave possible with The Leaf. Adding the middle blade gives you a moderately close shave. Using all three blades delivers the closest shave.

Best razor

Even with all 3 blades, it is much more sensitive than regular plastic razors. It shaves very well.

Best sustainable razor I've tried

I tried this after my more conventional safety razor broke, unable to be fixed. This is a much better option for those who shave their legs, the movable head makes it so much easier to use, especially around knees and ankles.

Best razor

I’ve tried several straight razors recently and this is the best! I have very sensitive skin - I knick myself every time I shave with a straight razor but not with this one! My legs and sanity thank Leaf Shave. :)

I have had this razor for about 4 years...

Yep, 4 years and still going strong. I bought this razor before it was on ZWS and before anyone I knew had one. Quickly bought another for my husband... then bought us the twig (smaller, 1 blade option for "edging" lol)... around a year or 2 after, I bought 3 more as Christmas gifts. Seriously I can't even tell I'm using a "straight blades" because the pivoting head on this razor.. the only thing I notice is I get a closer shave ("smoother") and my skin doesn't itch after from the moisturizing strips. If you follow them on IG you can see videos of the company demoing the razor too.

I don't work for the company and I'm not being paid to post this review, I sincerely love this razor and think everyone should own one; you will not regret it!

Only Razor You’ll Ever Need

Wish I had found this razor years ago! Works better than a Venus razor and zero plastic waste! Blades go into a tin that gets sent back to the manufacturer for recycling. I will never go back to plastic!
