Unlike traditional double-edge safety razors, the Twig is tuned to be forgiving for a quicker, easier learning curve. Designed with a small safety razor head, shaving tight spots are a breeze.
Do you shave intimate areas or hard-to-reach spots? Without a second live-edge on the other side, the Twig is super safe and easy to use.
Loading the Twig: Open the blade holder by twisting the bottom of the handle clockwise. Load a single-edge blade into your Twig. Then, secure the blade by twisting the bottom of the handle counterclockwise until finger-tight.
Setting the blade angle: With a safety razor's fixed-head, the user keeps a steady 30-degree angle between the blade and the skin. This allows the blade to engage your hair and shave it away.

I was nervous about switching to a safety razor, but am so glad I did. This is a beautiful razor and fits me perfectly.
My previous double edge safety razor broke so I decided to try the Fixed Head Twig Safety Razor and I LOVE IT. There is only 1 small blade, which is very sharp and all you need. The razor head is very small, which is perfect for hard to reach areas like the bikini line and ankles. The handle is slim, but has good grip. Overall, I love this razor and I am very happy with this purchase. I anticipate being able to use this razor for many years to come.
Simply the best single edge razor out there. I've tried every kind of razor - single edge giving the best, smoothest shave possible (more blades don't help). By design, ease of loading and results, you can't go wrong with the Twig. I've used other single edge razors and by far, this is the best.
This is small, gets around my knees, my armpits, and shaves nicely. I can barely feel it on my skin, and it is super gentle. The twist mechanism is so helpful and the magnet in the razor head to lock in the blade is so helpful.
