(Re)active™ 16L Mini Duffle

I love this mini duffel. It really is mini. I don’t like yoga bags that have a slot for my mat, so I needed something to hold my yoga items to wear with my Manduka commuter mat carrier (the one that looks like a strap).

This bag is small. I wanted a bag I could keep in my car with yoga essentials to run to class after work, or take a spontaneous class with friends. I packed it today and was able to fit these items (with brands for idea of size): one hair tie, a headband, Align shorts, Align yoga pants, a Define jacket, two pairs of underwear, a pair of socks, two Yogitoes mat towels (to have in case a friend needs one) and a pair of Birkenstocks. The bag closes comfortably without strain on the zipper, but I really couldn’t fit anything else if I tried. If I really wanted to, there is a clip on the outside where the strap attaches to the bag that I could attach a carabiner to hang my Owala.

My one odd comment is that there is only one pocket… a small one on the outside of the bag where I slipped in a hair tie. You could probably fit an iPhone and a couple credit cards. There are no pockets inside. I appreciate the brand was not being wasteful with extra features like a shoe compartment or multiple pockets, but I was still surprised about having 0 internal pockets.

Overall, I love this bag as the size is perfect for what I need and the color is a beautiful rich dark blue. As long as you aren’t looking for a massive bag to hold sweatpants, a sweatsuit, travel toiletries, and/or larger yoga items like props or a bolster, this bag could be perfect for you.
