What is Bruschetta?
Serve Bruschetta the Italian way with this beautiful beechwood serving board. Bruschetta— pronounced “brew-sketta” (not “brew-shetta”), is a traditional garlic bread made by rubbing slices of toasted bread with garlic cloves, drizzling the bread with olive oil then topping with a tomatoes and other meats and vegetables. In Italy, you may see Bruschetta served both as a hearty snack or a light meal. Many homes also use it as a delicious way to use bread that had gone a bit stale.
