Plastic Bank Partner
This brand works with Plastic Bank to measure, reduce, and offset their plastic usage by funding recycling and ocean cleanup efforts in underdeveloped communities around the world. This means that in addition to helping clean up our oceans, they're also investing in recycling infrastructure in developing nations. A brand's partnership with Plastic Bank involves offsetting various amounts of their plastic usage, from partial, to full (plastic neutral) or even offsetting more plastic than they produce (plastic negative).

Recycled Plastic
Recycling is the process of taking an otherwise-discarded item or material and cleaning, sorting, and breaking it down into its basic form (such as fibers or pellets). This material is then used to produce new items. Recycling keeps useful materials from being discarded in landfills, prevents resource extraction due to the creation of new materials, and provides a new life for used items. Recycling can utilize both pre-consumer waste (materials left over from production) or post-consumer materials (used clothing, empty water bottles, etc). Recycled plastic utilizes salvaged post-industrial plastic scraps and post-consumer products such as water bottles and other plastic containers, and transforms them into new products. The containers are sorted, crushed, and then heated to form resins, which are liquid plastics that can harden into new shapes. These resins can be molded and used to create anything from carpet to outdoor furniture. Recycling plastic lowers the amount of petroleum extracted and the production of greenhouse gasses associated with first-time plastic production. Plus, by using these existing materials, we're benefiting from the original energy and resources spent to create them in the first place, while diverting waste from the landfill.

Tidy Cash Cloths

They are the best, whether mopping up spills, splashes, or drying off pots and pans. They are so soft as well as pretty to look at. They act like a dish rag, yet look like a queen!

they improve with time

I love these cloths. I keep a stack in a small basket by my sink to encourage household members to reach for these over paper towels. The cloths clean everything. They get several uses out of them before they are tossed into the laundry. I think they improve with time and usage.

Inconsistent Quality

I ordered a few sets of these dish cloths and liked them so much that I ordered a couple more sets. Unfortunately, one of the sets I received was not of the same quality as the other sets. The cloths in that set shrunk to 10” X 10 1/2” when when washed and dried and are noticeably rougher fabric than the other ones. Additionally, they came out of the dryer much more wrinkled than the others. I ordered the Spring version and, although similar, the colors in that set are also brighter than the other sets. The cloths in that set say that they are made in India. The other cloths say that they were made in China, like the product description indicates. I will use all of them, but wanted to warn others of this inconsistency in quality.

Love These!

I'm impressed with how well these scrub. They are also super absorbent despite their small size. I just wish they were a tad bit larger.

Good material, no major issues

I like these dish cloths, but I'm not sure I'll invest in more anytime soon. The fabric is a nice, heavier weight, but I hesitate to clean dishes with them because I don't want them to get stained. Meant to use in tandem with my eco dish brush for those stubborn, stuck-on messes that the brush can't tackle.
