Made in the USA
This product was made in the United States. Buying locally made items helps to reduce harmful emissions that result from transportation during and after the production process. Purchasing products made in the United States also ensures that the items are produced in ways that meet strict safety and labor standards.

This product contains recyclable materials. It may be recyclable with curbside recycling collections, but might need to be sent to a special recycling facility. Contact your local waste-hauler or recycling facility for details. Appropriate facilities may not exist in your area.

Sulfate Free
Sulfates are synthetic chemical ingredients commonly used in beauty products and household cleaners, like shampoos and dish soaps. You can usually identify sulfates in an ingredients list by looking out for the most common types: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLC) and Sodium Laureth Sulfates (SLES). These chemicals, often derived from petroleum, are used to help form the “lather” we’re used to seeing in our beauty and cleaning products. When used in the shower or sink, these chemicals can flow through the pipes and into our waterways. Synthetic sulfates have been linked to allergic reactions, eye and skin irritation, and hair loss, and some studies suggest they contain carcinogenic ingredients.

As living a sustainable lifestyle grows in popularity, it becomes more clear that many of our everyday household products don't support the same values that we do. Luckily, Davids is providing a commonly overlooked product, toothpaste, that exceeds both our health and our sustainability standards! Containing no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or sweeteners, along with being vegan, Davids toothpaste promotes the highest health standards. The toothpaste is also packaged in FSC certified recyclable paperboard, and comes in a recyclable metal tube! Finally, Davids supports the US economy by sourcing ingredients and manufacturing their products within the United States. Davids spent four years doing research and development in order to create a product which was not only natural and sustainable, but also extremely effective. Favorite Toothpaste

This is my favorite. I don’t think I’ll ever use a different brand ever again.

Excellent product! Will never use a commercial toothpaste again.

Great toothpaste

We love this brand in my house. I prefer this one, my family prefers the no charcoal flavors. Super clean mouth feel, can't go back to the Crest like pastes every again.

I like that it’s the same feeling but without the toxic or plastic bits

Taste great, foams well, is expensive, happy to support it.

I don't understand the anti-fluoride movement. However, it isn't super important from my research as the physical act of brushing is the most important followed by getting fluoride in your water so the teeth are healthy from the inside out. The charcoal train is also a little odd to me. I don't think it works at all, at least for me. I don't even know if there are any studies that show it works for how much it can potentially destroy your enamel. I am pretty sure the quantity of charcoal in this product is so low there is no need to worry about that. I like the recyclability of this product. You can recycle all toothpaste now if you are willing to take the extra step and use Terracycle, but it's nice I don't have to take that step with this product.
