Returns
- Comes in a zero-waste shipper with a QR code. After three months or when you need a refill, return the tube in its prepaid shipper. We'll sterilize, refill, and reuse it. You can repeat this process multiple times, reducing the product's carbon footprint with each reuse.

End of Life
- Approximately 3 months after you purchase, we'll send you a reminder to return your empty Izzy in the reusable shipper, offered at no additional cost. Members get a newly sterilized and refilled lip + cheek hue every 3 months. To help the environment and avoid a $30 restocking fee, keep and reuse your empty tube and the reusable shipper.
