The Copper Tongue Scraper is made from 100% antiseptic copper sourced directly from the Earth, and helps you practice the daily ritual of tongue cleaning. Tongue cleaning removes unwanted toxins from the body and draws bacteria from the mouth, reducing bath breath. PAAVANI formulates all of their products with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to nurture health and beauty from within! To use: This daily ritual is best done first thing in the morning, prior to eating or drinking. Hold the tongue cleaner on either side. Extend the tongue out of the mouth & inspect for a coating. Place the tongue cleaner towards the back of the tongue & gently scrape the ama or film forward & out of the mouth. Wash the ama off of the tongue cleaner & repeat until the tongue is clean.

exactly what i needed

i looove using this thing. i used to only brush my tongue with my toothbrush while brushing my teeth, which was Just Okay. once i started using the tongue scraper, i feel like my mouth is SO clean now! there is a noticeable taste of copper (esp if there's any significant time between when you scrape and when you eat/drink/brush afterwards) but it doesn't take long to get used to it and also strangely contributes to the clean feeling - at least for me!

Works great, easy clean

I’ve gone through far too many of the cheap plastic scrapers from the dentist and this has been such a great upgrade. Works great and wipes clean easily. So nice to have an eco-friendly product for life.

This thing is magic. I had no idea how awesome cleaning your tongue could be. I used to brush my tongue with my toothbrush but good lord, this thing brings in a whole new element of clean.
