Tampon Tribe’s reusable Menstrual Cup is made from soft, medical-grade TPE that warms to body temperature for a flexible, comfortable fit. It offers up to 12 hours of protection, reduces disposable period waste, and is designed for easy insertion, removal, and cleaning.
The Global Organic Textile Standard is an international processing standard for organic fibers that covers everything from processing, packaging, and distributing organic fibers. GOTS certified products are labeled organic if they contain 95% or more certified organic fibers, and are labeled as "made with organic" if they contain at least 70% organic fibers. GOTS assures that textiles are produced with socially responsible labor and environmentally conscious manufacturing. Certified textiles must follow guidelines on chemical use, energy and water consumption, safety and living standards for employees, waste produced throughout the manufacture process, and more.

Products with this certification meet rigorous environmentally friendly standards, as well as human-ecological health standards. OEKO-TEX® also creates standards based on the item’s proximity and sensitivity of the skin. For example, OEKO-TEX® holds baby clothing to a higher standard than an outer coat. For a product to earn this certification, all parts of the product must meet the criteria, including parts of clothing such as buttons, linings, threads, etc.

Specifications
- Available as Medium, Large, or Duo. Medium capacity is 25 ml; Large capacity is 30 ml. Designed for up to 12 hours of wear depending on flow. With normal care, the cup may last up to 10 years.
Measurements
- Medium: 43 mm diameter, 67 mm total length. Large: 46 mm diameter, 66 mm total length. The brand’s general size guide recommends Medium for those under 25 who have not given birth vaginally and Large for those over 25 or who have given birth vaginally. Individual anatomy, flow, and comfort should also be considered.
Product Care
- Before first use and between cycles, wash the cup with mild, unscented soap and water, then sterilize according to the care instructions. During use, remove, empty, rinse, and reinsert as needed. After cleaning, allow the cup to dry completely and store it in a breathable pouch or container in a cool, dry place. Avoid bleach, alcohol, scented cleaners, oils, and airtight plastic bags.
End of Life
- Continue using the cup for as long as it remains in good condition. When replacement is needed, check for a local specialty recycling program that accepts TPE or medical-device materials. The cup is recyclable but is not suitable for ordinary curbside recycling or composting.
