Product Features
- Loose cubes can fit into spaces around cans, bottles, and food containers more flexibly than a single large ice pack. Repeated use can reduce purchases of disposable bagged ice, but the cubes still require freezer energy and cleaning water. They cool without releasing their filling into the cooler or beverage when intact.
Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product Care
- Freeze overnight before use. Wash with soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and return to the bag for refreezing. Do not put the cubes in the dishwasher or use them in hot drinks. Inspect for cracks or leaks and stop using damaged cubes. Do not chew or swallow them, and keep loose cubes away from young children.
End of Life
- Reuse intact cubes for as long as they remain clean and undamaged. Do not puncture them to attempt recycling. Small, sealed, water-filled plastic objects may not be accepted in curbside programs even when their resin is recyclable. Ask your local waste service about disposal, and handle the mesh bag and shipping materials according to their actual composition and local requirements.
