All-Natural Quilted Topper

I purchased this topper as a final attempt to improve the comfort of my Stearns & Foster Regency flat-top mattress. I was optimistic, believing the Holy Lamb topper might be the solution to our ongoing sleep issues.

While the topper is undeniably soft and comfortable, it retains a significant amount of heat for both my husband and me. I had expected it to offer temperature regulation—keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter—but unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Additionally, the topper tends to shift on the mattress, though I am currently exploring a solution to address this issue.

Despite these concerns, after extensive research, I still believe this topper represents the best option currently available on the market.

This is a a complete game changer. My wife and I have been sleeping on a synthetic foam mattress for years. The synthetic foam traps my body heat, but somehow makes my wife cold. Go figure! Whenever I wake-up my wife is tossing, turning and sleeping very lightly. I’m not kidding!!….. first night we had the ultimate wool topper my wife did not move from her starting position. I also have not woken up hotter than blazes. Should have bought this years ago. No smell, nicely packaged, personal touches with inserted packaging card and quality made. Thanks!

This is our second quilted topper from Holy Lamb Organics. They are definitely an investment, but I was so impressed with how our first topper continues to be so comfortable, almost three years later, that I decided to buy one for our toddler’s bed (which I end up in pretty regularly). The heat regulation is so wonderful - simultaneously cozy but not at all hot, regardless of season. My toddler is no longer sweaty, my feet are no longer cold, and my back feels so much better. It’s so nice how it comes straight from the box with no smell, just soft and clean fabric ready to put on the bed. I’m resolved to turn it more frequently than I did with our first topper because it compresses where you lay, but even without being very attentive to that for our first topper, it remains quite comfortable.

All-Natural Quilted Topper

So soft and cozy, beautifully made, high quality materials. This is second topper I have purchased, this one is even more fluffy than my other one. It turns my bed into a floating cloud, it’s just dreamy.

Before being diagnosed with an allergy to petroleum-based synthetic materials as well as VOCs and foam padding, trying to get a good night's sleep on any sort of bed was hard to nearly impossible all my life. I was not aware that the night sweats and high body heat was due to my body reacting to these toxins found in modern beds. I was even to the point of having skin lesions, joint stiffness and pain, and massive body swelling due to this life-long exposure. My body had enough of this toxic overload, and I was finally diagnosed properly by an allergist, and began to remove synthetic materials from my life beginning earlier this year. Once this happened, my health issues have begun to finally dissipate and on the road to recovery. This mattress topper has been a huge help in my recovery in that it helps to provide a very solid barrier between the mattress VOCs and my body. I am now able to get a good night's rest, and I no longer have night sweats and high body heat as before. I was worried about the wool being warm and contributing to my body heat at night, but I sleep cool and comfortable all night long! This mattress topper has been a literal life saver, and I will forever be grateful for the makers of these necessary products. Makes me very sad we call this 'heritage manufacturing' when it should be EVERYDAY manufacturing.

We absolutely love this topper. My husband and I remained skeptical right up until our first night of sleep that the wool would retain heat. It was the opposite. I slept all the way through the night for the first time in literally years. Before I was waking up somewhere between 12AM and 3AM because I was too hot. Not anymore. I am warm all night but not hot. It has made a huge difference in my quality of sleep. I had no idea how much all the synthetic material was trapping heat. Only wish I would have figured this out sooner!!

Is super comfortable but needs to be flipped or rotated occasionally to avoid sinking body imprint.

When my search for a twin-sized plush mattress that met my needs was unsuccessful I looked for mattress toppers and chose one from Holy Lamb Organics. I appreciated the use of natural materials. I am pleased with the quality and especially with the layer of plush comfort it added to my bed, which was what I wanted.

We added the Quilted Topper on top of a foam latex mattress. Immediately I was sleeping remarkably better, waking up less, feeling snug and warm without feeling hot as I did sleeping on the foam latex.

This topper has exponentially increased the comfort of our bed. We had medium firm high quality mattresses, but I wanted additional softness on the top because I couldn’t quite get totally comfortable back-sleeping. I also sleep cold and have trouble warming up the bed. The topper has solved both problems. I stay at a much more comfortable temperature and we both don’t want to get out of bed because it is so comfortable. Also, we have a split king with adjustable frames and adding these toppers to each side (twin xls) makes the gap feel less noticeable. They stay put under the fitted sheets even though the frames are adjusted up and down each day.

This is my second purchase of the ultimate topper. I absolutely love it and it has turned my bed into a slumbering haven of comfort!

Don’t sell out to big…I love that a person signed the card he made my mattress. #Heirloom4sure. 1 tidbit…Pillowcases should not be that expensive, I seriously thought I had two in the order.
