These quart-size bags hold fresh food, leftovers and snacks, with a compostable resealable zipper for easy storage at home or on the go. The green bags are breathable, strong and elastic, and offer a reusable alternative to traditional polyethylene zipper bags. There are 20 bags per box; each bag measures 7.0" x 8.7" and is 1.8 mil thick. Suitable for lunches, travel, picnics and organizing small-to-medium items, they are refrigerator and freezer safe, BPA-free and PFAS-free, and safe for food storage. Each bag is labeled compostable and can be reused after food storage to collect organic waste at home. The bags are BPI Certified Compostable and meet ASTM D6400, OK compost INDUSTRIAL certified by TÜV AUSTRIA, and CMA Composter Approved. Compost only where local regulations allow and suitable industrial composting or biowaste treatment systems accept the bags; they are not for typical plastic recycling. For best use, store in a cool, dry place and use within one year of purchase. Made in China.
