How to apply the grip sleeve:
- Prepare the handle: Wet your razor handle and apply a small amount of soap to make it slick. Wet the inside of the sleeve.
- Slide on the sleeve: Position the small end of the sleeve at the bottom of the razor handle and push it on. Wrap a towel around the wet sleeve to help pull it up to the bottom of the handle’s “Y.”
- Rinse thoroughly: Run water through the sleeve from the top, bottom, and sides to remove the soap. Continue rinsing until the sleeve grips the handle instead of sliding, then let it dry a bit.

After owning the leaf razor with the pivoting head for 2 months, I’ve noticed that the metal itself has gotten water stains from it sitting on a shower shelf, as well as the razor blades having the words “I am not plastic” rinsing off whenever I go to clean the razor.
Despite these minor flaws, I still love my leaf shave razor and would not want to use anything else! The grip works better with rinsed hands, not soapy hands. However, if your hands are a little soapy, the razor won’t slide around as much as it would without the grip.
As others have said, I sorta wish the grip came in fun patterns/different colors, as I have the limited edition “spruce” color.
This one seems good, it’s my fault for not reading the description. I bought it for the safety razor and it doesn’t fit the handle… I will more than likely end up buying the right razor for it
Glows: I love that it's sustainable. No more disposable plastic razors. It's pretty. It leaves my skin smooth. It's easy to put the blades on and take them off. The box for the old blades is easy to use and is not plastic.
Grows: Using 3 blades cuts my skin. 2 blades works better for me. The package came with Styrofoam. I would like to see the package being more environmental conscious.

Definitely recommend getting this if youre using this razor for shaving your whole body! Handle gets a little slippery without it!
Blades are easy to install and remove. I clean and dry both the blades and the housing after every shave. Smooth, long-lasting shave. Glad I left disposible razors behind!
A bit hard to get on, but definitely an improvement from always worrying about dropping the razor! Please get other colors.
I guess it's good that it took a while to put on because it means it will not come off easy, but I do wish it came in more colors. I have the multi-colored Leaf razor, and I love how it looks, but the black grip just covers up the pretty colors instead of complimenting them.
I knew right away that I would need a grip since the weight of the leaf razor is heavier than my normal disposable razor. I am very happy with my purchase. I think that everyone would need one and that it should come with the razor purchase to begin with.
This just adds that extra grip when you’re soaped up! Super soft, makes the Leaf even easier to hold and control I love it!
Its 100% worth it... Eventho it's not extremely expensive.
I love my Leaf shave razor. I am on blood thinners and have to be super careful with razor blades. So having the silicone sleeve is super helpful. It makes shaving a little less nerve racking for me.
This grip is very useful if you would like extra piece of mind that you wont slip and slice while shaving.
