great for my skin type

I love this sunscreen. I am pretty light-skinned and have super oily skin. This sunscreen doesn't leave my skin feeling even more oily and the tint works great in place of makeup.

Best tinted mineral sunscreen for pale skin

The color of this sunscreen is actually a little odd. It's kinda grey-ish, but it actually works out for my pale skin. I tried the All Good tinted sunscreen in the tin and it was just too orange for my skin tone. This one seems to blend in pretty well for me. I also think it almost feels like a gel, rather than a lotion, which might be why some say it isn't moisturizing. I have oily skin, so I actually like that it is gel like. This consistency probably has to do with the fact that the first ingredient it aloe rather than an oil or butter. I also have cystic acne prone skin and this does not cause me to break out (it might even be helping a little). My only complaint is the smell. It's very earthy. I have gotten used to it, but it's still not my favorite smell. Overall I really like this sunscreen and would purchase this again, or I might try the un-tinted version since the ingredient list is very similar.

This lasted me about half

This lasted me about half a year, but I don't think I will repurchase (if I find a different sunscreen I like) because the formula's a bit too thick to spread out without slightly dragging my skin. I usually mixed it with my moisturizers to help with that problem though.

Non-makeup makeup

I love this for a little color, sort of like a BB cream.

My skincare routine:

Wash with glycerin, sunflower oil, water and a clean washcloth. Apply a simple sunscreen (the brand I use is made of primarily zinc, sunflower oil and beeswax.) Then apply a small amount of this tinted sunscreen to counteract the white cast and reduce the shine. Pat a bit of the tinted SPF 50 butter around eyes, add some tinted lip and cheek balm and my pale winter skin has a bit of healthy color.

I don't use this as my only lotion/sunscreen because it isn't particularly moisturizing for me, but it is nice to add a little glow since I don't like to wear "real" makeup.

Drying and Chalky

Same issue as the 50 spf tin, this sunscreen leaves my skin feeling incredibly chalky and dry.
