Tinted Zinc Sun Butter - SPF 50+

Love love, but be aware it is thick. I had a little trouble with this product as a stand-alone, getting it to have enough coverage with how thick it is. But I mix it with a liquid mineral sunscreen, and its absolutley PERFECT! Just wish they had this product in a more liquid bottled version.

It's too hard. They should reduce the wax to make it easier to get out. It takes a while to cover the whole face.

I really like this SPF. I am pretty pale so when I saw the color of it inside the tin I was worried it would look too strong but it goes on very thin and subtle which is great. It seems to have good hold and coverage.

I was mainly looking for sunscreen that didn’t come in a plastic container, so overall I’m happy with this sunscreen and use it on my face daily. I’m also very pale so I feel like it’s noticeable, but I just wear it anyway because the sun. I was a bit surprised by how tiny the container was though since I wasn’t paying attention to the description.

Great feel, just way too dark for my Northern European skin tone

This works great! I use it as a base instead of makeup.

This is a sunscreen that doesn't make me look washed out and white. The only aspect of this product that I don't like is how shiny it leaves one's face. It's so shiny, in fact, that it looks like sweat

The tinted zinc sun butter is very creamy and easy to apply. It gives a light amount of coverage as far as the tint. Overall, it is a good product.

A plastic-free, earth-friendly, SPF 50, mineral sunscreen that doesn’t turn me into a ghost or hurt my sensitive skin. My friend says that when I wear this, it looks like I sparkle like Edward :joy: I love it.
Only downside is that because it’s so buttery, it melts on my face in the humid 100 degree summer. I have a theory that setting spray may help, but haven’t tested it yet.

This is my go to daily now.

I like how this sunscreen is moisturing and works well so far. the only issue is the brown tint does go onto clothing so best to not wear a white rash vest or nice clothing with this sunscreen. I wear it for kiteboarding/surfing

I really like this product. I went surfing a lot this summer and it worked well and didn't leave my skin looking ghostly like other sunscreens. I'm in between pale to medium with a pink undertone and I didn't feel it made me orange. Also applied easily. Would purchase again.

Goes on super smooth, great daily wear sun protection.

I absolutely love this sunscreen! It matches my brown skin perfectly! It really blends in nicely and evens out my skin tone. I guess because it's a mineral sunscreen it does make my skin look a little reflective /shiny, but I wouldn't call it a white cast. A little foundation powder fixes it right up, but honestly it's not even that big of an issue. I think this brand has a similar product in a tube. I'm curious if the tint & consistency is the same because I would love a whole bottle of this stuff!

I was hesitant to buy this as I was unsure if it would be too dark. It works on my skin (I do have fairer skin). It blends nicely on my face/neck and gives enough color without having to use foundation. Also provides good sun protection. I like that it is plastic free and has non-harmful ingredients. I have already ordered this product again!

I purchased this as an experiment to see if I liked the balm version of sunscreen. As others have said the color is quite dark, it resembles a cream bronzer more than anything else. It works great to even out tan lines, and give you a little *protective* glow.

The product worked great for me, bought both the tinted and non, both worked great stayed on for extended time. You do have to rub a little extra to make sure it is evenly distributed throughout the body, but thats no biggie when you taking part in saving the earth=)

It works great as a sunscreen but it's a tad dark on my face. Honestly I think I'm better off dealing with the white cast from thier non-tinted version than the darkness of this one. I'm very pale so I think this is a great product, but not right for me. My husband enjoys it, and it blends into his slightly darker skin and you can't even tell hes wearing it

I didnt even mean to order this (i had it in my cart and deleted it from my cart and it somehow came back?) but when I accidentally ordered it I figured id give it a try. When I opened it, it appeared chunky and the shade of it seemed very orange. When i swatched it, it was indeed orange. I actually have a medium warm olive skin tone so orangey things can usually work but this didn't- which says a lot about how orange the shade was. I hope they make multiple shades for this product because having one shade that's supposed to cater to everyones unique skin tone is really quite ridiculous. especially now when companies with 10 shades get scrutinized. As far as the actual formula, it was very cakey/chalky.

I love love love this tinted butter for the eye area and over the bridge of my nose. I have light skin and don't wear much makeup... usually just a little color on lips, cheeks and eyebrows. This tinted butter, applied sparingly over my regular SPF lotion, gives me a little bit of coverage while also being protective. I sort of pat it in around my eyes and across the bridge of my nose. It's almost like a brightener/bronzer. Someone asked me the other day if I'd been on vacation because it looked like I'd gotten some sun. Used sparingly it blurs fine lines and evens color. (Use too much and it settles into fine lines though). And don't use it on the jawline if you have light skin if you don't want to look like a teenager who just discovered foundation.

This left my skin incredibly chalky and dry. I would rate this lower because of how badly it clogged my pores but this was primarily because I just seem to have very susceptible skin, so I'd just warn that if this is also the case for your skin to definitely skip this product.
