Also appropriate for a mixed discipline yoga practice. 2.5-3 lbs (1.2-1.4 kg) : Gentle or Alignment-focused yoga practice such as Hatha, Anusara, Restorative, Yin, + Iyengar Yoga. As a natural product, each block is unique in wood grain character and color, and and may not resemble the listing photos. The heavier the yoga block = the denser the wood = more dent resistance. Each block is sold separately.
