Did Not Receive Order

I ordered a set of 6 colorful straws; I received instead 1 clear straws.

I Emailed about the issue and was informed there was a glitch in their ordering system that led to this. However, I still have not been advised that a replacement order is being sent to me, or that I am receiving a refund, or anything to address the problem.

Love the glass straws but a bit to thick for any of my reusable cups

These are great for cups without a lid on. They are a bit too thick for the reusable cups I already own, so they’ll be at home straws. I don’t think boba would work with these either. They’re really just for smoothies.

8" blue glass straw

This arrived in the Earth Hero box, packaged in a compostible plastic baggie with a cardboard label and a staple. The straw cleaner was also in the baggie but not inside the straw - it's as pictured with twisted metal, plastic bristles, and a protective bit of glue at the top so you don't scratch the glass while you clean with it. The blue straw has the logo engraved on one end - you don't really see it on casual use - and an S emblazoned on the opposite end where the glass came off the rod during production. It's really a beautiful piece and has held up to my hot tea all day every day so far. There's no danger of cutting your lip with the glass straw as opposed to a metal one. I do try to warm it up before I pour the tea because I've gone through so many non-heat resistant glass cups to date. I hope this one goes with me for many years. Thank you, Simply Straws!
