Unfortunately, the production of waste is inevitable. While curbside recycling can make a significant difference in reducing what ends up in landfills, certain types of waste require specific recycling facilities to properly handle. TerraCycle's Zero Waste Boxes offer a solution - by collecting your difficult-to-recycle materials, you can easily send them to TerraCycle (free of charge!) to be sustainably and securely recycled into something wonderful. Our Cleaning Supplies & Accessories Zero Waste Box allows for the recycling of various cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, buckets, swiffers, dust pans, spray bottles, empty detergent bottles, lid tops, and dryer sheets, ultimately diverting them from landfills.
Packaging
- In order to protect the box during shipment, your TerraCycle box will be wrapped in a plastic bag. When you receive your box, just put the plastic bag inside and TerraCycle will ensure it gets recycled properly!

- Accepted items: Cleaning accessories including brooms, mops, buckets, swiffers, dust pans, spray bottles, empty detergent bottles, lid tops and dryer sheets
- Unaccepted waste: aerosol cans or solvent/hazardous material such as drain cleaners, oven cleaners, toilet cleaners, disinfectants, degreasers, all purpose cleaners, detergent, bleach and fabric softener, or household hazardous waste such as lithium ion batteries, pressurized canisters, pesticides, paint or medical sharps

Specifications
- How it Works: Choose your size and type of Zero Waste Box. When you receive your box, fill it with the corresponding waste streams. Once full, ship your box back to TerraCycle (for free!) using the pre-paid shipping label which will already be on your box. When they receive your box, they'll safely recycle all of the collected materials!
