I absolutely love these wraps. We use them daily and this is my third set, as they typically lose their stickiness after a few years; but we get our money’s worth out of them, and they are worth every penny!

I love that these can be used in so many ways! Easy to clean and I don’t mind the faint honey smell at all. Just realized there are more pretty prints available now so I will definitely be buying more because sometimes I need to cover more than one thing with a certain size wrap.

Wrap fruit, cover containers, or make little folded pouches for snacks/sandwiches these do it all! I also love that they don’t overly smell of wax.

Friends have told me for years to try beeswax wrap, so I finally broke down and got some. I regret not doing it sooner! This product works so much better than cling wrap (like, SO MUCH BETTER), and is reusable!

I generally use containers to store leftover food and bits, but this has been great for keeping my avocados fresh after cutting them!

It’s a good price compared to others. They work really well. My only complaint is that they drain really easily, but I suppose that’s to be expected since they’re fabric.

I was a little skeptical of this product when I first purchased it, but I loved the idea. So far I have been able to cover fruits, cheese, and bowls of varying sizes with the wraps. They have a nice natural scent to them, they are easy to clean off, and they really do become more flexible and adherent using only the warmth of your hands! Hopefully these last a good while for plenty of use!

I love these! They’re easy to use, easy to clean, and help me keep my food fresh. I have used them to cover sweet peppers, bowls, and even folded as a pouch for a snack on the go. I’ve already put them to great use! I’m considering buying they as gifts for every occasion because they’re practical and earth conscious.

I love this for wrapping 1/2 cantaloupes, avocado, lemons. I also use to cover leftover dishes. I realized how much plastic wrap I was using before! It’s durable and I’m super happy with the purchase!

I love this for wrapping up 1/2 an avocado. It kept it from turning brown for 2 days & I like that I can use it for other things too rather than just having 1 product for avocados only. The print looks adorable in my kitchen & it has a faint honey smell that does not transfer onto food. Washes up well & I think it will last a long time.

No more cling film in this house hold! Is perfect for quickly covering dishes or wrapping up sandwiches. Simple to clean and lasts for a long time. I use them and also buy them as gifts for people which often inspires them to stop using plastic wrap.

This is my second purchase of these beeswax wraps. I bought one to see how I liked it, and I loved it so I bought the triple pack. It is not exactly like plastic wrap, but once you get the hang of it, it is so much better. I think I can get this to completely replace plastic wrap in my life.

This works great for keep pieces of fruit, veggies, cheese, etc fresh. It’s ok for covering bowls, but silicone covers work better for that. I personally love them, but if you’re the type to use a lot of plastic wrap to cover bowls, plates etc. you may not like as much.

Question
as19952010 –
Are beeswax wraps freezer friendly? I mainly use plastic wrap or aluminum foil for meal prepping freezer breakfast sandwiches. Could I use these beeswax wraps to store food in the freezer?

EarthHero –
Hi there! Yes- beeswax wraps are freezer friendly! They can keep foods fresh in the freezer for 2-3 weeks 🙂 Because these beeswax wraps are naturally breathable, we recommend checking on your food after this time period to ensure freshness! They’ll be perfect for your prepped sandwiches!

I’ve had Beeswax wraps before that seemed to adhere a little better, the large was really slipping and slide on one of my bowls. Perhaps the surface you’re using it with makes the most difference because the smallest one is working perfectly on a glass jar in my cabinet. Will still continue to use because I’m happy to have a non-plastic alternative.

EarthHero –
Hi Kristine! These tend to be a little grippier when slightly warm. You may find that they adhere a bit better to bowls and jars in the spring/summer months, but if using in the winter, warm between your hands for 10-20 seconds before wrapping around an edge!

Question
amanda –
how many uses will the wraps with stand?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Admin EarthHero –
Hey Amanda — When properly cared for, Beeswax wraps can last up to a year! When washing the wrap, always use cool, soapy water and avoid any heat sources that may melt the beeswax. When the wrap has thinned and no longer sticks to itself, it can be cut into strips and tossed into the compost!

Question
Alice –
Can the beeswax wraps be put in the microwave?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Admin EarthHero –
Hi Alice — unfortunately high heat can cause the beeswax to melt, so the microwave is not recommended for these wraps. For heating food, we love Stasher, the silicone bag that is oven, dishwasher, freezer, and microwave safe!

I purchased these before I knew about EarthHero and I’ll be buying more on here as soon as mine stop serving their purpose. One thing I wish I knew as that it helps to crumple wrap before use. It’s stickier and adheres better that way. Easy swap! Bye plastic wrap.

I was hesitant to purchase the wraps because of the price and the mixed reviews. But we love these wraps. We use them daily for wrapping cheese, leftover fruit, and sandwiches. We have older plastic food storage containers without lids and the wraps allow us to continue using the containers. The wraps cling well to plastic and glass containers. The wraps are holding up well with daily use and are easy to clean and store. The medium size wrap is the one we most often use.

My grandmother is an expert at making yoghurt, and she uses saran wrap to cover the warm yoghurt while it sets. Is there a product like this that can withstand heat? It would probably save us 1 roll of saran wrap a month.

I found that I’m using these less than I thought I would, but definitely a nice edition to my kitchen when I need to avoid plastic wrap. They are a bit stickier than I thought they’d be upon first touch, but they work well. I’m generally not one to hand wash things, but it’s necessary for this product and helps the environment so I’d still have to say it’s worth it.

I purchased these at the beginning of the semester to cut back on plastic (and inevitably save money). Guess what! They totally work and have so far survived being used just about every day. Because I use them every day, they are getting a little worn out, but they still do there job without fail.

In general, these are excellent. However, keeping them clean is a problem — if you want them really clean, you do need to use hot water. And that has taken the wax off. I have used them to wrap warm breads, or over the top of a pan of cake, and it is quite difficult to remove any stuck on pieces.

This beeswax wrap is such a great way to reduce waste, and it’s also very easy to use/clean. It feels durable but it is also very flexible, making it oh so useful. I also love that when I’m wrapping up food to store in the fridge, it takes up much less space than storing in bulky containers. Great product!

Didn’t know how much use I’d get out of them! The big one is a little harder for me to find use for, but I think I”ll be really happy whenever I have something to cover for the holidays. I use the S and M wraps constantly for avocados, tomatoes, and lemons (and I might grab an extra small pack).
