Undercut Bamboo Cutting Board

a lot nicer than the cheap bamboo cutting board i had the last few years! on the smaller side, this board is more small than medium to me but still great :) wish you also sold the larger sizes

Nice cutting board. Hate trying to get the toxic glue on the sticker label which takes forever to get off of the bamboo cutting board.

Using a cutting board without plastic is a game changer and I’m no longer worried about all the microplastics from the plastic cutting boards

The picture shows 3 cutting boards and I was made to assume it included all 3.

I ordered the medium. It is a perfect size for cutting something quick like snacks, small amount vegetables, or grinding spices. It is sturdy and a well made board. Following the care instructions is very simple and makes the board easier to clean. Very satisifed with this purchase.

I love these cutting boards

The fibers or strands or whatever are a much more compact compared to my older knock-off bamboo cutting board. It hasn't warped yet, and I wash mine frequently! A lot of knife marks though already, unlike my old board where hardly any showed. This one must be better quality. Great size too, I purchased the medium. Big enough to cut and serve, but not so bulky you can't take to the sink to wash off.

I’ve been looking for a cutting board that was eco-friendly and sustainably made. This one is perfect! I plan to buy the large size next so I have 2 different sized cutting boards on hand.

Size is a bit small for price and also the undercut was not enough to maintain it water-free on surface you are cutting on. Will be good to have a little leg carved out so it has space/ air under. Before purchasing, we needed more 3rd party confirmation on toxicity - type of adhesives and finishes and not just rely on manufacturer to claim (outsourced to China).

Honestly a great size for needing to grab a cutting board quick - when you’re not making a huge amount of veggies!

The cutting board is nicely made. Love finger grips on the back of the board. However, it cupped after a couple of weeks. So disappointed.

Pros for this board: Organic, non-toxic bamboo is so important to us! Also, quality, durable board.

Cons: Because of the undercut design, if you are cutting a lot of juicy fruits or veggies, the juice seeps under the board and it looses traction on the counter and slips around, making it hard to cut on. Also, the brand sticker that it came with is so hard to get off!

Overall, happy with quality, but design doesn't work for us.

I've enjoyed this cutting board (size large) and have only washed it by hand. I was really disappointed to see crack appearing down the middle of the board, and is (very slowly) bigger. At this point, it spans about 1/4 the length of the board and goes all the way through to the back. This cutting board will definitely not last many years to come like I hoped.

The boards are very solid and good quality. We only handwash them and have had no issues so far. Size terms may be a bit misleading, so just be aware of measurements. The medium one works well for us for cutting fruit.

I bought the small one to replace the place board in front of the toaster. This is the perfect size for just that purpose. It's easy to clean with soapy water.

I've had this cutting board for about a month and am enjoying it so far. I don't use it with raw meat and have been only handwashing it (no dishwasher). Will also be great to use for a charcuterie board.

I love that this bamboo cutting board is sustainable and free from plastic. I feel safe cutting all my fruits and veggies on it! Thanks landing on purchasing the large size as well.

Got the large size in mid-May 2020 and now it has two different parts that are splitting. My boyfriend and I only hand washed it and never left it soak.
It is a bummer because I loved it so much before it broke.

I was aware of the size specifications so it wasn't a surprise. It's just a shame these don't come in a larger size as even the biggest isn't very large. Otherwise, it's lovely quality and definitely aesthetically pleasing.

Love this cutting board, have been using it for a little while now and it's performing great! I was nervous to buy bamboo as products I've purchased in the past have warped after time, but this seems to be holding its form very nicely! It does get tiny scratches from my knives, but other than aesthetics this hasn't affected the performance/quality of the board. Bonus, it's super easy to wash!

Very happy with this cutting board. Other bamboo ones I've had before are pretty thin and warp with use. I got the small size so it's easy to wash in my sink, but the board is thick and doesn't seem like it will warp. It doesn't move around when cutting much either.

I got the small size (roughly 6 square in) which is perfect for myself as I live in a college dorm and don't have a ton of storage space. Good size for cutting 1-2 produce items at a time. Because it's bamboo I would NOT recommend this board for cutting raw meat, since wood is much harder to sanitize (though EH does offer a plastic board which I also bought). All in all a good cutting board for fruit and vegetables.

Exactly what i wanted

The design of this board is fabulous! One side can be used for cutting and the other for serving, which you can easily distinguish sides because of the cut out on the bottom. So pleased!! Love the oil that can be used to take care of it. It would make a great gift. So glad to not be cutting in plastic any longer.

Exactly what I wanted. It's kind of thick, which is nice. Dries super quickly too. I might end up buying the smaller sizes too because I like it so much.

Beautiful cutting board. But it is really small so make sure you understand the dimensions well!
