Barry Cik was a grandfather on a mission: find the perfect baby crib for his first grandchild. With a background in environmental engineering, Barry knew what to look for in terms of design and what to stay away from. He didn't want to risk his grandchild being exposed to harmful chemicals used in the typical mattress but it was impossible to find an option that wasn't dripping in heavily processed materials and chemicals that lives up to his standards. When none of the brands on the market fit his needs, Barry and his two sons founded Naturepedic - the go-to for high quality, safe, organic, mattresses for the whole family, with a line for children and babies that caters to their specific needs.
