Founder Benjamin Mandos grew up on the water, sailing with his father and traveling to the coastal region of South Africa. Blown away by the vast amount of waste bobbing on the surface and washing up on shores, Benjamin felt compelled to find a solution and in 2016, he launched GOT BAG. Through ocean clean-ups that yield raw, useable materials, GOT BAG has created a supply chain from the waste choking our water bodies.
