Earthy Edith's
Who is Edith? Simply put, Edith was an inspiring woman who loved the Earth and wanted to make it a better place. She was the wife, and later mother, of a family of hard working farmers, and she grew almost everything they needed in her home garden before transforming her ingredients into all sorts of unique concoctions (from applesauce to ketchup to salves and balms!) Flash forward years later, and her granddaughter, Emily Edith, has taken on her name and her passion for mindful goods.
After years of learning about Edith, in October 2015, Emily started the company Earthy Edith's with her husband. At the time they had been working for a commercial cleaning company, which gave them valuable knowledge into the conventional world of cleaning solutions. At once, they knew they knew we needed to change the way we clean our homes – not only for our health, but to heal the planet from the barrage of plastic bottles that typical cleaning products relied on.
They began diligently researching, testing, and experimenting with cleaning solutions to bring to Earthy Edith's. After tons of trials and tribulation, they found hardworking, yet simple ingredients, and transformed them into homemade cleaning solutions that truly work. Today, Earthy Edith's has grown from humble roots, and operates out of a zero waste, family run factory. Just like Edith was inspired to do, they use minimal plastic packaging for their products, and rely on natural, powerful ingredients that are safe for the entire family.

From Edith's Family To Yours
The goal of cleaning your home is to make it well...safer and cleaner. Right? But with conventional cleaning products, you can actually be making the air quality in your home worse due to added toxic chemical additives and harsh ingredients. Not to mention the single-use plastic packaging they rely on!
Unlike the other guys (we won't name names), Earthy Edith's has tossed aside dangerous ingredients, and uses only simple, natural, and safe ingredients that clean just as effectively. Instead of sulfates and bleach, they opt for distilled water, white vinegar, isopropyl alcohol, baking soda, and organic, non-GMO essential oils for soothing scents you will actually want to use in your home.
Plus, they do it all with a focus on reducing wasted materials starting with their zero waste factory based right here in the USA. Their distilled water is delivered from a local distributor in Pennsylvania with zero waste practices, as is their natural, USA-grown corn distilled vinegar that flaunts a higher acidity than store bought vinegar to kill harmful bacteria without making your home a hazard zone. Their essential oils, purchased in reusable bottles, are organic, non-GMO, vegan, cruelty-free, and therapeutic quality, and replace the harmful and frankly awful smelling fragrances that other companies fall back on. To put a bow on their amazing recipes, they package each product in minimal plastic, or plastic free product packaging that can be reused for years and years.
100% natural, 0% "other" ingredients. That's simply the Earthy Edith's way.
