Bamboozle’s flagship innovation is Astrik: a composite of PLA (Polylactic Acid, a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane) and bamboo plant fiber. Instead of grinding down virgin bamboo, Bamboozle uses discarded ends from furniture factories that would otherwise be incinerated. Combined and injection-molded, Astrik becomes durable, dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe kitchenware in nature-inspired colors with a luxurious satin finish.
