Sulfates are synthetic chemical ingredients commonly used in beauty products and household cleaners, like shampoos and dish soaps. You can usually identify sulfates in an ingredients list by looking out for the most common types: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLC) and Sodium Laureth Sulfates (SLES). These chemicals, often derived from petroleum, are used to help form the “lather” we’re used to seeing in our beauty and cleaning products. When used in the shower or sink, these chemicals can flow through the pipes and into our waterways. Synthetic sulfates have been linked to allergic reactions, eye and skin irritation, and hair loss, and some studies suggest they contain carcinogenic ingredients.

Strong smell & strong clean

This product has worked well for me in both the bathroom and kitchen. While the smell is strong, but it has not lasted too long in my experience. Plus, the packaging is very pretty so I don't mind leaving it out on the counter unlike some plastic bottle alternatives.

I love this cleaner!! I

I love this cleaner!! I can use it on just about anything (bathroom, kitchen, etc). the smell is very present, I can't put a finger on what it smells like but I like it. It smells 'clean' but not in a chemically way.. if that makes sense. It does not linger which is also nice. I do hope that EarthHero is able to sell Veles' refills soon, that would be amazing!

It works really well! I

It works really well! I use it almost everywhere: windows, mirrors, electronics screens, counters, stove, table tops. The sustainability features says to discard the sprayer top at the end of life but on the veles site, it says that it is has no metal spring so it can be recycled as well. I like the smell but would agree that it is not subtle, but it doesn't linger around either

Very strong smell

I was VERY excited about this resource negative cleaning product. I told everyone about it and could not wait to use it! After one use my sensitivity to smells got the best of me and I had a headache for hours. If there is ever an unscented version, I will repurchase this product and try again. I ended up donating this bottle to a family member and buying another unscented version on the site.
