The cap on this insulated mug is made from BPA-Free Polypropylene #5 with a Food Grade Silicone Seal. This is to ensure it’s safe to drink hot drinks out of (as drinking hot liquids from stainless steel can burn!)

The Wide Insulated Mug comes with their signature Café Cap! It just twists to open the sip-top, so there’s no need to remove the full cap to drink.
