Excellent quality and works beautifully!

I had been looking for a wooden duster for a while. This one seems to be really good quality and I hope it lasts !

I'm trying to become a reformed messy person, so I bought a few nicely made German cleaning brushes to help me feel excited about cleaning. This duster is the best. It looks lije a beautiful antique. The goat hair bristles are silky soft and pick up dust from delicate houseplant leaves, crudded up doorway moldings, and glass lamp shades. It's long enough to reach crown molding and top shelves. It is also adjustable so the brush head can angle up or down. It's fabulous.

It is pretty enough to leave out, and pleasing to use. I love that I can wash the head and angle it to reach different surfaces. It does smell like a goat when wet, so I recommend letting it air dry outside! I really enjoy dusting with this--it's exactly the right tool for the job. The head came loose after months of use, but it was easy to tighten.

I know the right thing to do is use a duster that you can use repeatedly, so I bought this. However, I will say that it is tough going from a Swiffer that seems to mainly collect all the dust and everything that you throw away versus this that appears to push the dust and hair mostly. I usually sweep anyways, but it doesn't seem as effective as disposable Swiffer. I am sure I will get more used to it the more I use it.
