Have you ever wondered what happens to the extra wood leftover after furniture is made? The Blue Ridge Bottle Opener is made using scraps from Ash Hardwood, salvaged from the North Carolina Furniture industry. Plus, this cap lifter opens your bottles without warping or bending the cap, so you can collect those caps from nights you'll want to remember!

Recover

Founded in 2009 by two bikers in North Carolina, Recover is always seeking better. Founders Bill Johnston and John Riddle decided that they wanted to make stylish and comfortable clothing while protecting and respecting the environment around them. Using plastic bottles and cotton from industrial scraps, they're making use of already-made materials rather than extracting new resources. The Recover team pays close attention to their entire production process, using very little dyes (most of their color comes from their cotton scraps!), very few chemicals, and far less water and energy than traditional clothing manufacturers. Recover has also completely eliminated plastic packaging, fortifying their promise to sustainability. In addition to their well-rounded focus on the environment, Recover employs workers in Haiti and Guatemala, using fair wages and safe working conditions. Recover's dedicated attention to sustainability and social responsibility deems them a brand that we fully support!
