Shipping Info
- Ships within 5 - 7 business days
- This item will be delivered via our trusted freight carrier with a truck ​delivery since it exceeds the limits of our parcel carriers. You will receive a call to schedule a time frame for delivery. Orders will be delivered curb-side, if inside delivery or lift gate service are required, you can select upgraded delivery options above. Please inspect all packages while the driver is still there and before you sign the delivery receipt. If there is any damage, or if something is missing, you should refuse the damaged box(es). If you suspect damage, but the driver would not allow you the opportunity to inspect the shipment, mark it on the delivery receipt. We should then be notified immediately. EarthHero cannot be responsible for the costs of sending a replacement if the above procedure is not taken.
- Naturepedic items are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other offshore territories. Any orders placed for shipment outside of the contiguous US will be refunded and canceled.
Returns
- Unused, undamaged products in their original product packaging can be returned within 30 days.
