This is a very stiff

This is a very stiff turner, so it's not going to work for everything, but I love it for stir-fry. I don't have to worry about the edges melting and it doesn't scratch my pans.

Love this product! It feels just like plastic without the terrible guilt of buying plastic.

Great for non-stick

I haven't found a wooden turner with this kind of angle so this is great for me to use on my ceramic non-stick pans without scratching them and without the plastic. Like Shannon says it is a bit on the thicker side, but it's not the thickest turner I've had. It works great for pancakes and stir-fry and vegan scrambled eggs- I don't eat over easy or anything so idk about that

Beautiful product. Needs to be thinner. Might be ok for stir fry or? Breaks pancakes, eggs, etc which never happens with a wooden one I have so it's not that it's too stiff. Just too thick
