The Dar Cho Project, celebrating the Tibetan word for prayer flag "dar cho", is revolutionizing the accessory world by becoming the first and only limited edition Nepalese prayer flag flag bracelet. Created with a greater purpose, 100% of Dar Cho's profits are put towards building a new children's school in the Taplejung District in northeastern Nepal, a region devastated by the 2015 earthquake. Using only locally sourced materials and sacred Nepalese prayer flags, local Nepali artist Pravin Chitrakar has designed and handcrafted every single bracelet, selecting 5 colors to represent the primary elements of our Earth. The Dar Cho Yellow Earth Handmade Bracelet represents the earth, bringing the energy of overcoming obstacles to its owner. Made from prayer flags blessed by local Buddhist monks in Kathmandu, decorated with hand-mined Himalayan quartz crystals and sewn together with wild grown hemp thread, the Dar Cho Project ensures that the communities who create these special pieces are treated fairly.
