How many times can this be used?

EarthHero –
Hi Anya! This pad can be reused many, many times – we have some customers who have been using them for years by following the care instructions: “After use, fold and attach together, throw in the laundry. Do not use softener or bleach. Safe for dryer!”

This was my first time buying reusable pads and I’m happy with my purchase. They are easy to use and work just as well as a regular pad.

I use this in combination with a Saalt cup and it works great. I would recommend a different one for overnight use though, because it isn’t long enough.

The Velcro is strong and I just wash them in the bag they come in. I use these for postpartum bleeding and they work well.

This is not my first reusable menstrual pad and, while I don’t have a ton of experience in this realm, this one has worked very well for me. I’ve had no issues with washing it but I do allow it to air dry. Absorbs well and has already helped save me money on period products.

First time trying and it went pretty well. Although I do not have super heavy flow anymore, I use this on days that is too heavy for liner but too light for cup. It is bulky but feels very secure. There was still some black dye coming out even after the first wash.

Super soft and comfortable, I will also wear them with menstrual underwear just in case. (Flow thing)

Michelle –
I heard a lot of great reviews for these pads, but I was really disappointed. It feels cheaply made and one of the bulkiest reusable pads I’ve come across, but it could be because it has so much extra fabric. I haven’t tried it yet but so far I am not a fan.

Dorelys Oyola –
How can I wash them?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
EarthHero –
Hi Dorelys! Smartliners can be washed by securing the pads, placing them in the included delicates bag, and washing with cold water and mild detergent. (Do not use fabric softener or bleach) We recommend drying on low or air-drying!

This is my second time purchasing them. I like them so far enough to order more. It is nice that it comes with a little bag to put them in. Just be careful that the velcro tabs are lined up well to keep it comfortable.

This is my first reusable pad and it worked great, the fabric is soft and there was no leaks. It was just a little too big for me, but overall not that bad.

Question
K –
Hi, I’m a bit confused about how many pads are in this product. The review says 1 per canister and a comment below indicates that purchasing this will get me 3 pads… So how many pads would I receive by purchasing this?

EarthHero –
Hello! Thank you for your question. This Smartliners product comes with just one reusable pad. However, Smartliners also makes a Daily Liner, which is a bit thinner and less absorbent, but that product comes with 4 per pack. These are ideal for lighter days or the tail end of one’s cycle.

Question
abbeyrivera18 –
How does the pad prevent leakage? Is there a time limit to how long I can wear before it leaks through?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
EarthHero –
Hi Abby! These pads have wings to prevent leakage. The timeframe before leaks will depend on how heavy your flow is at the time. We recommend using the Super Heavy Flow pads for maximum protection and to extend the length of time before leaks!

I love this product- easy for an overnight pad and washes up great. I love thinx but this product is just as easy to use and clean for a decent price.

I used to wear Always brand pads for many years. In an effort to reduce my waste I switched to a cup for one year but never found it to be comfortable. This is a great reusable replacement for anyone accustom to Always pads.

I really liked this pad, I’m newer to reusable pads but I love the idea of not throwing it away. It’s was pretty comfortable and didn’t move around as I’ve experienced that with other types of reusable pads. I appreciate the minimal packaging and how it’s a pretty decent price!

The size, material, and quality is great. BUT the two Velcro to attach each end is a deal breaker for me. Unless you carefully attach the Velcro perfectly, it rubs your thighs. When washing in a washing machine, I have to put it in a laundry bag so the Velcro wouldn’t rip other clothes. All other cloth napkins I’ve had use snap buttons. I have no idea why this one uses Velcro. I’m happy with most of the items I get from Earth Heros, but unfortunately not this one.

I first of all really appreciated the packaging. This reusable pad is very soft, and you can’t even tell it’s there.
